320 homes that look out for each other

Magnolia Grove has been a neighborhood since 2003. Here's what we take care of, how decisions get made, and what it's actually like to live here.
A master-planned community that grew into a real one

The original plan set aside the green space before the first street was paved. Two decades later, that's still why the trails, the park, and the clubhouse lawn belong to everyone here.
Homes at the Grove range from townhomes near the east entrance to single-family houses backing onto the trails. What they share is everything in between: the pool, the playground, the walking paths, and the common areas that get mowed, planted, plowed, and repaired whether or not anyone notices.

Your dues pay for all of it. Landscaping and grounds care, snow clearing, pool and clubhouse upkeep, common-area insurance, and the reserve fund that covers big-ticket repairs before they turn into special assessments. The Association isn't run for profit, and the full budget goes out to every owner each year.
Our residents are a genuine mix — families who bought in the first phase, retirees who downsized into the townhomes, and new owners still figuring out which trail loop is the good one. Meetings are open, committees are volunteer-run, and most good ideas here started as a conversation by the pool.
